./rhq-agent.sh --cleanconfig -c conf/agent-configuration.xml

or

./rhq-agent.sh -l -c conf/agent-configuration.xml

Force discovery of agent

/opt/jon-server-2.3.1.GA/bin/rhq-agent.sh

> discovery -f
